As a permanent HVAC Technician, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring that our manufacturing processes run smoothly by maintaining, repairing, and installing HVAC systems. This position requires a skilled professional who can manage complex systems and ensure they are operating at optimal efficiency. If you are a problem-solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you.Responsibilities:As an HVAC Technician in our manufacturing facility, your key responsibilities will include:1. Installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems and their components, including air handlers, ductwork, heat exchairs, and pumps.2. Performing routine preventative maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly.3. Inspecting and testing HVAC systems and components to identify any issues.4. Responding quickly to emergency situations, including during off-hours.5. Keeping records of all work activities, including repairs made and parts used.6. Ensuring compliance with all safety and health regulations.7. Collaborating with other team members to solve complex problems related to HVAC systems.8. Providing excellent customer service to all internal and external customers.Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications:1. A minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Technician in a manufacturing or similar industrial setting.2. Demonstrated expertise in HVAC installation, repair, and service.3. Proficiency in working with different types of HVAC systems, including duct installation.4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.5. Excellent communication and customer service skills.6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.7. Willingness to work in different shifts, including nights and weekends, if required.8. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.9. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment.10.
