Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Access Coordinator Part-Time
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
Answer a high volume of calls and schedule appointments for
multiple clinical sites
Gather and input patient demographic and insurance information into
the practice management system
Document call activity and assist callers in navigating to
appropriate resources
Required Qualifications:
Customer/patient service skills
Experience handling a high volume of inbound calls
Strong Internet speed and access to a router via Ethernet cord
Healthcare exposure preferred
Experience using EMR and scheduling software
