Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Technology Representative II
to provide Level 2 technical support for applications and
infrastructure services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely responses to complex client technical issues
escalated from Level 1 support
Manage client inquiries and document incidents accurately,
including billing time
Research, troubleshoot, and test solutions to ensure successful
issue resolution
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of relevant experience, including customer service
Fluency in required language(s) for the location
Ability to perform intermediate troubleshooting
Experience working in a global, multicultural environment
