Hardware Refresh Experience
Windows 7/10 Installation/Configuration Experience
SCCM is a hug plus

Job Description:
Required Skills:

Minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience with installation and configuration of Windows 7 & Windows 10.
Hardware Refresh Experience.
Outstanding Customer Service Skills.
Knowledge of PXE Boot.
Expertise in Desktop Troubleshooting.
Proficiency in configuring Printers and Peripheral Devices (Scanners, Credit Card Readers, Signature Pads).
Basic understanding of networking, telecom, and SCCM (a big plus).
