In this role you will utilize your experience with software and scripting languages and UI packages to develop innovative SDK and IDE features to enable 3rd parties to deploy high-performance and low-power embedded multimedia and AI algorithms to the DSPs in our SoC platforms. We're looking for hands-on engineers with expertise and passion in building open, modular, and scalable solutions using TypeScript/JavaScript, Python and C/C++ programming languages for Visual Studio Code, Eclipse Theia, IntelliJ CLion, and other development environments.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.The ideal candidate will have experience in:

• Python, JavaScript, Typescript, or shell scripting
• UI development with Angular, React.js, Node.js, etc.
• Git or other source control tools
• CMake or other build systems
• Test automation and continuous integration
• Operating Systems and inter-processor communications
• Embedded software development
• Computer architecture
• Multimedia software development experience on Android, Windows or LinuxThe responsibilities of this role include:
• Architect, design and develop SDK and IDE features and extensions
• Maintain code repositories and build systems
• Build state of the art embedded profiling and debugging frameworks
• Offsite and occasional onsite work with OEMs and Independent Software Vendors may be requiredMinimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.Preferred Qualifications:
• 1+ year of experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
• 1+ year of experience with Database Management Software.
• 1+ year of experience with API.
• 1+ year of experience working in a large matrixed organization.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
