Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mobile Billing Specialist II.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare repair orders by documenting symptoms, problems, and
required repairs
Verify correct VMRS codes and ensure billing hours align with
standard repair times
Communicate with customers and technicians to process invoices and
resolve billing issues
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of experience in a related
field, or equivalent education and experience
Prior experience in the Auto Repair/Maintenance industry is
preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and customer
service skills
