Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality software solutions and lead complex project
development
Lead scoping and estimating activities, ensuring projects are
delivered on time and within budget
Mentor team members through code reviews and facilitate
cross-department collaboration
Required Qualifications
BSc/MSc in Computer Science or related field
7-10 years of professional experience as a software engineer
Proven experience leading multiple development teams
Familiarity with enterprise-level platform development and mobile
technologies
Significant experience in project discovery phases and stakeholder
collaboration
