Job Description:
A company is looking for an Investment Operations Manager to
oversee the operational and administrative aspects of investment
processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily investment operations, including trade settlements and
reconciliation processes
Perform regular reconciliation of investment accounts and prepare
accurate portfolio reports
Supervise and mentor a team of operations staff while ensuring
compliance with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business
Administration, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred)
5-7 years of experience in investment operations or fund
administration, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of financial products, including equities, fixed
income, and derivatives
Experience with portfolio management systems and trade execution
platforms
